Some prayer suggestions you may choose according to your time and possibilities:

+ Prayer for Priests (I use the booklet Chalice of Strength given to me by Opus Angelorum)
+ Divine Mercy Chaplet
+ other appropriate prayers (e.g. Litany to the Precious Blood)
+ Prayers of Adoration and Reparation
FRIDAY AFTERNOON (in the time between 12 n.n. to 3 p.m.)
Accompany Jesus in His Passion, hanging on the Cross.
+ Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament
+ Meditation on the Passion and Death of Our Lord
+ Stations of the Cross
+ Holy Rosary (Sorrowful Mysteries)

If your time schedule doesn't allow you to pray much during this time, because of school, house or work duties, accompany Jesus in your mind with some short prayers - important is your good will and love to be with Jesus, console Him and save souls with Him.
